How do I return a product?
We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Therefore, we offer a 30-day period from the receipt of your package to initiate a return. If you need more time, please contact us at customerrelations@myforeverdress.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in perfect condition, and with all original tags attached. Please note that returns must be sent to the address provided in the email.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange, no questions asked.
After receiving your return label, you will have 7 days to send the package back. The refund will be processed within 7 to 15 business days after the return has been delivered to our office.
International Returns
We will issue a full refund of the product once your return is received (please note that shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are not included in the refund).
What do I do if I receive a damaged item?
Our goal is to ensure you receive your accessories in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Provide your name, order number, product SKU, and a photo of the damage, so we can quickly arrange a replacement.
