Processing and Shipping Times:

• Accessories: Processing and shipping time is 3 to 5 business days.
• Dresses: Products like dresses are handmade and require 30 business days for production before shipping.
• Our team strives to ship your purchases within 24 hours or the next business day. If a purchase is made after 11 am on a Saturday, we will likely ship the product on Monday.

Shipping Notes:

• We do not control the delivery timeframe. We cannot control any delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Return Policy

• Return Window: You can return products within 30 days of purchase.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
• A $5 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Please complete the tracking form below to ensure a guaranteed return. We need the tracking number to process your return.
• Products must be returned in new and unused condition.
• Products with custom logos are not returnable.
• You will receive a full refund for the product, excluding shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Any shipping issues, such as missing or incorrect items, must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your package.
